Michael is Chairman of the Boards of Ericsson, Unilever and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and a member of the Board of ABB. He was President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Electrolux Group until April 2002, a position to which
he was appointed in 1997.

Before joining Electrolux, Michael Treschow was President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB.
