Frederick has been working with SEB Venture Capital since its inception in 1995. His experience in venture capital includes funding and working with 14 companies. Prior to joining SEB Företaginvest, he has held several positions within SEB, in both Stockholm and London.

Frederick holds a degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
