Börje has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Investor AB since September 2005. During the period 1999-2005, he was responsible for New Investments for Investor Growth Capital, Inc. and has been a member of the management group
of Investor AB since 1997.

Prior to this, he was president of Novare Kapital AB (1995-1997) and held positions with Investor AB (1992-1995) and McKinsey & Co Inc. (1988-1992). He has a Master
of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden,
and a Master of Business Administration from Insead.
